Managed Apple Accounts and the Wary Mac Admin

Apple Accounts are a complicated topic, with a long history, dating back to 2000. The modern era of Managed Apple Accounts (née Managed Apple IDs) dates from the last 5 years, with major revisions in the last year. Organization-owned Managed Apple Accounts are a great way to enable personal devices to use company data while also preserving your privacy, and your organization’s data integrity and privacy.
